FAQ
Your questions
What ceiling height do I need?
At least 2.3 m. Ideally the blades sit about 2.1 m above the floor: that gives the best air movement without getting in the way.
Is it really silent?
Yes. Under 22 dB in use, the level of a whisper. At low speed you forget it's there, even at night. Measured at 1.5 m, speed 3 of 6, ±2 dB tolerance depending on the room.
Why keep it on in winter?
Reverse mode pushes the warm air trapped at the ceiling back down. You heat less for the same comfort.
How long does delivery take?
7 to 14 business days across Australia, free, tracked delivery. You receive a tracking link as soon as it ships.
Returns and warranty?
14 days to change your mind, and a 2-year warranty. A real person answers your questions, before and after purchase.
Do I need building work or strata approval?
No, and that's exactly what makes installation so simple. No drilling through walls, no outdoor unit on the facade, no approval to ask for, even in an apartment. About an hour, and the illustrated instructions cover every step.
