Right of withdrawal

In accordance with regulations, you have 30 days from receipt of your parcel to exercise your right of withdrawal and request a return or exchange, without having to give a reason.

For the return to be accepted:

• The item must be returned in its original condition and complete (packaging, accessories, instructions).
• The product must be in new condition so that it can be resold.
• The purchase invoice must be included in the parcel.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Defective or damaged items

If you receive a damaged parcel or an item with a defect, you can request an exchange or a refund. Contact us by email at contact@oreila.com, attaching photos of the problem to help us process your request.

Refund

Once the item has been received and inspected, the refund will be made to your original payment method. Processing time may vary from 7 to 14 days depending on your bank.
